"They are not so good as they used to. We were not able to finish their salad. Their fried chicken was boiled for a few minutes and roasted or fried. Overall I give them a 3"
"If I feel a little hungry I’ll stop by and pick something up. It’s close it’s very quick I never go inside. The service is great at this Jack-in-the-Box and I have them customize my food so that I don’t get any of the stuff they have lying around. I change some thing and I never order by the numbers. The price is right because it’s cheap and it’s five star for drive-through food."
"I wish I can give a minus star. This job has a simple task and yet everytime we order once in a while are always missing the orders and the food are always cold. Customer service is so bad. Reciept is not clear so you can't call anyone or make a complaint ."
