"I should first clarify that I wrote my first review out of frustration because I was worried about my housing situation and my future was unclear on what could happen next to my family. Tina from TR reached out to me and offered to listen to my situation as well as provide a solution on what I should do next completely for free as a courtesy even though she didn't need too. She listened to my concerns, provided a clear path on what to do next and even gave me some references on who to contact should it goes down that path. I want to thank Tina for reaching out and listening to my problems. I'm updating to a 4 star, only because I feel like they should inform their customers better beforehand about if/when they can provide representation. Other than that, Tobener Ravenscroft knows their stuff and they are an excellent firm who cares about their clients."
