"The manager blocked off the drive thru and said they were close but clearly they weren't cause she was there. I tried I tañk to her nicley but her instinct was to call the cops when i tried to ask what other store would be open since theres was a 24hr open. She was very rude and unhelpful. No customer service professionalism was shown just ruines in the way she said "go away or I'll call police" for asking a question."

"If you pay attention, you will notice that the price they charge you is significantly higher than whet they advertise on their drive through menu. And I don't mean because of the tax either. I stopped going for a long time because of it. I finally decided to go back and try it again thinking maybe it was just because of something back then, but they did it again. When I called the guy out on it at the drive through window he danced around giving me an answer. I asked him, "well are the prices for a small"? Even though they only give you 2 options, medium or large. He asked, "do you want a small"? Even though in print it days its for a medium. I said that I wanted whatever the price on the menu was, so he said a small but he still tried to upcharge me!!!!!! The same inflated price as a medium as a small. If it went to a small, it should have reflected in the price, it did not. You have no right to rip me off of my money or anyone else for that matter!!!!!!! I will not be back, ever. Stop over charging unsuspecting customers! It is unethical and illegal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Good People & Good Food. Dining Room 6am to 10 pm. Drive Thru Open 24 Hours except 2 to 3 am & 3:55 to 4:20 am. Sometimes Closed from 3:45 to 4:45 am for Deep Cleaning."

"November 11th 2021 1:48 am. I drive up, a Hispanic woman is rushing to place yellow wet floor signs in the drive through so I cannot drive in. Then she rushes to close and lock the store doors. I park and call the store. She answers and I ask why is the drive through barricaded if it clearly says open 24 hours. She tells me they are on their break and the store will not reopen until 3am. I say all the employees are on their break at the same time for the next hour and fifteen minutes? She says yes. I ask if I call corporate and ask them if this is normal operations protocol will they agree, she says go ahead call them. I ask for her name, she says “Jack in the Box” then says goodbye. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Typical of this location. The male managers during the day are helpful but the majority of the employees are disgruntled and are most likely doing foul things to food to spite patrons. This is the worst behavior I have ever experienced at any establishment in my entire life. The owner should be embarrassed at the quality of staff employed at this store. This woman needs to be reprimanded and terminated from further employment with Jack in the Box."
