Located at 212 Harding Boulevard in Roseville, California, Tutu Performing Arts is a dance institution dedicated to providing a fun and inclusive environment for dancers of all ages. Our classes start at two years old, with a focus on age-appropriate teaching to help children grow in their skills. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to dance and feel a sense of accomplishment and acceptance.
