"I did not understand why 1. Dr. Thomas Tseng put patients wait and chatting with one VIP patient over an hour. 2. He scheduled me to see heart specialist for EKG that required by eye doctor and I had to go back again to get EKG report from that specialist. 3. I need his prescription for physical therapy and the prescription is for one particular Physical Therapist. That PT did not answer the phone and did not return my phone message. 4. He charged one dollar per page for lab report, however VIP patients are free. 10/25/2023 I swear to God Dr. Tseng's office charged me one dollar per page for test report several times. Other family doctors' physical therapy orders do not put physical therapist name. I can go to the one I like, not the one Dr. Tseng likes. Dr. Tseng said on TV that family doctors do EKG. Unfortunately his office does not have EKG. He referred me to a cardiologist that specialist wanted to see me again before I could get my EKG. I got more than enough."

"Their new office is beautiful and has things I've never seen at a PCP office. Fancy new chair/beds for the patient that even weigh the patient! They even do labs (not sure how many) onsite so you get your results during your visit. Onto the staff and Dr Tseng. I tagged along with my dad so it really wasn't a visit for myself but I was basically there the entire time. The intake process was pretty straightforward and the staff friendly. Because it was a first visit, the process did take a bit longer than usual. Dr Tseng took the time to review all the concerns and was thoughtful about the care for my dad. Easy parking right out front at the new location Looking at the previous comments, I could understand why people complained about the wait time as I did see other people in rooms waiting to be seen but only one Dr."

"I'm Dr. Tseng's patient for over ten years. He is a doctor who is kind and has lots of patience with his patients. When he explaining to his patients he is very thorough. Thank you for your great service Dr. Tseng."

"It takes forever to wait!! I would rather they schedule a closer time to see patients so we don’t have to expose ourselves here for such a long time to wait! Please change this, doctor. Just be honest and transparent with your patients. I understand you may need to take more patients than usual since you are back from somewhere. Train ur staff to work smart. Reconsider if it is too much patients in ur one day schedule. This is my only complaint so far and I sincerely hope this could be changed! Thank you! And also! I mean, I scheduled my appointment at 4:15. I was here even earlier (3:30). If you can let me know in advance that I will need to wait for more than 2 hours, that is fine! But it’s like waiting in lobby for 1.5 hours and another 30-40 minutes inside! You really should take it seriously to value everyone time! Please! Please take my words and feedback seriously! Value our time as much as urs, to all staff members and doctor! Thank you!"
