"I am a sitter with an agency and I normally work 6pm to 6am. So I never met Minerva rude racist self. On 12/12/23 I left my badge by mistake at home. I told Minerva that was my fault and I apologize for doing so. She kept bullying me until I went to her office to clock out. I have never been treated like that at any job. And its not right. I don't see how she has a job supervising people. She was very rude and I was not going to finish my shift working with her micromanaging me the whole day."

"Some of the nurses here are the worst in the world they need to investigate this hospital asap. Make all the nurses wear body cams and someone needs to supervise all the nurses at this place. They are very unprofessional at this hospital they obviously became nurses for the money and not because they like helping people. They really gossip alot and dont respect hipaa laws and they dont care if they took an oath i literally heard my nurse telling another nurse she "hates me" and wont "touch me" and called me a "man child". I asked my nurse why my iv site was leaking and was ignored for 3 days until my veins starting hurting so much. During my colonoscopy they were throwing stuff at my stomach and using me like some table. The custodians here cant clean at all. Everytime they mopped the floor was always left sticky. The restroom was always dirty. The kitchen utensils are so disgusting they dont clean the forks or spoons. my spoon literally had food on it when i got it. I cant recommend this place and have to put this warning out."

"Don't come here for Covid (or anything else really) I came to the ER tonight because I was having really awful Covid symptoms and needed help. I walked up and told the security guard (I was masked) that I was Covid positive and he went inside for a second, came back out and told me to wait under a tent outside. 30 minutes went by and nothing happened. The ER was not busy at all, and the security guards did nothing to let me know what was happening. They just stood around and joked loudly about doing mushrooms and watching movies. A nurse came out (probably on break) and hung out with them for a while, but he never even so much as looked my way or gave me any help. I was never even given an intake form, I was just left to sit out in the cold in extreme discomfort because they probably forgot I was even there. Instead I just took my chances and went home. Terrible experience."

"My family has come here for some time and while medicare used to take care of the bill is has become Incredibly expensive and does not work well with most insurances. You will sit there waiting for a long time and do not recommend for any real emergencies. Do not use their payment plan system through their portal as they will not document this and will sent the remaining bill to collection after 90 days. It’s not well organized and there seems to be a lot of miscommunication problems."

"Very rude security guard at the lobby entrance at night. (Saturday September 7th) He seems to be used to talking down to minorities and didn’t expect to be confronted when asked to provide information for a waiting area when a patient is about to be discharged. He only insisted in getting us out of the lobby and on the street. I can understand this since all he does his entire shift is sit and watch his phone, he couldn’t be bothered with a simple question. Very disappointed, the medical crew were very kind but provided very little information or updates on what was being done. It’s very clear they are understaffed and unmotivated. Hope we never have to return here."
