"Waited three months for my appointment my appointment was at 1500hrs at 1615hrs still not seen went to reschedule appointment they tell me it will be four months I walked out will call community care Monday for new Primary"
"HORRIBLE customer service skills! I called to schedule an appointment and they had me waiting on hold for an agent for 25 min. I initially had no issue with that, and understood the situation. After already waiting 30 min., they ended up dropping my call. I immediately called back to attempt to schedule an appointment and they then again placed me on hold for an additional 33+ min. waiting to speak with an agent. This is very unsatisfactory and no veteran should be treated this way. I would not recommend scheduling an appointment with this facility."
"The Canteen is BACK!!! Good food has returned to the VA!!! On a side note I showed up early to my Urology appointment in 3NW and even though the check in person could not get me in, her politeness and effort was recognized. I was happy to wait and I made some new friends while I was waiting so 10/10 win!"
