Nick’s expertise, ability to pinpoint my issues, and teaching skill helped me understand how the body is connected. This is truly a gift. I regained the strength in my arm and was able to lift and carry my child with ease. When a separate issue with my shoulder came up years later, I made the call to C&B. We go out of our way to see Nick in the Lake Forest location because we know we’ll be taken care of. I also appreciate staff like Leslie, who are great at explaining exercises and making me feel welcome."
