"Convenient and easy. It is very much self serve which is how I like to do things. They have 2 check in tablet stations. Schedule your appointment online. Come prepared with your ID & insurance card. They have a TV screen that tells you where you are in the queue. Yes sometimes you have to wait but that’s because they see people all day. No big deal, they have plenty of chairs in the waiting area. From the time they called me in to the moment they finished, was less than 5 minutes. I liked the person who did my bloodwork because she didn’t chat and she just got it done. Efficiency is always a plus! I’ve never had any issues with Quest, they’re fantastic."

"This place is not managed well and inconsistent. My appointment was at 1:20pm and they always say to get in early and yet I had to ask an employee about how long the delay would be on to learn that they were running 20 minutes behind. They have the nice but they seem to have a time management issue. If you are running late the simple way to avoid frustrated clients is to just be honest with them."

"The check in process is terrible! There is no one at the desk. A patient before me couldn’t figure out how to sign in due to the ipad scanner not being functional. So it put me past the checkin time limit. There is nobody to get help from. I told the phlebotomist about it and she told me, “I don’t know what to tell you.” Unacceptable customer service. At over $230 per blood draw and a large line of patients this company can have a better system."
