"This guy is a scam artist. I texted him about my tv and he asked me to text him model and the problem with the tv, so i texted him both. He said it will cost him $50 to come see whats wrong with the tv and I said thats fine but I asked him from the looks of the tv being fixed is it going to be more than just buying a new tv. He said no since it was only the black light . He came for 2 mins and tried to charge me $385 and $175, i said no, then he said ok $35. this guy came for literally 2 mins and try to charge me almost $600. Hes lucky I even gave him money. Guy is a scam. BEWARE!!!!"

"Had a used Samsung flat screen that would not turn on. He comes to your place. Power button would flash red. He came 11/09/23, took apart the panel, saw the component that needed repair, quoted me a reasonable repair and took the part with him. He had the courtesy to ask if it was the only tv I had in case the repair would need parts that he didn't have and if he had to order them. I told him I was in no rush. He brought it back the next day repaired! He communicated both by phone and text. I'm grateful to him. He was professional and experienced. 40+ years and going strong. I'll reference him to all my friends. Thank you Mr. Kao."

"Fixed my LG OLED TV! My TV wasn't powering on no matter what troubleshooting steps I did. I called Kao's TV Service on a Tuesday morning and Todd came in an hour to diagnose the issue. He quoted me $385 and said it had short circuited. He said I wouldn't have to pay until he fixed the TV. He took the TV part with him to fix overnight then came back the next morning. It all worked out and he was able to take Zelle as payment. Thanks for the quick service, Todd! He's been in the business for at least 40 years, so he knows what he's doing. Help out this small business if you can!"
