As part of the Community Bridges family of programs, our compassionate staff offer bi-lingual, bi-cultural support on both short and long-term bases. We partner with Second Harvest Food Bank to provide free supplemental groceries and nutritional awareness, as well as offer free counseling and advocacy services for youth, families, and individuals. Our parent education classes cover a variety of topics, and our advocates assist with enrollment for government benefits and services.
