"I ordered some robes here for a friend's wedding present and they were beautiful and luxurious! UPS was unable to deliver the package (through no fault of Jean de Luz) and Brigitte also dealt with the annoying process of re-sending my package to a different address and was so nice and helpful throughout the process. "I ordered an embroidered bag. Never got it. I asked 45 days later what happened. No follow up. I wrote again and said just refund me. Still haven't gotten that. Best to go to the store and buy and don't do any orders. *I finally got the bag in July. But I got it!"
"Husband and I have purchased a few times for gifts and us. We recently purchased kitchen towels resembling our sheltie dogs with their names. They are beautiful. Only problem is they're too pretty to get dirty but that's a good thing."
