"I hate doing this but its the only way to get things to change...went there today to buy a battery. I was the only customer in the store. After handing my credit card over to the guy cashiering he took a phone call and proceeded to spend approximately three minutes looking up something for this caller, all the while leaving me to stand there and wait for the call to end before running my card and completing my transaction. As politely as I could, I let him know how I felt about that treatment (I WAS THERE SPENDING MONEY AND I WAS SECONDARY TO A CALLER WHO MIGHT SPEND MONEY). He told me that was the store policy (which it may very well be). For a moment I considered returning the battery but I really needed it today. Instead I just asked him to let his management know how THIS customer felt about that policy."
