HBCU Making Moves College Tour is a university located at 1423 Broadway, Oakland, California, United States. Our institution focuses on exposing students to the rich legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and the limitless opportunities that an HBCU education can provide. Founded in 1987 by Carl Ray, the tour has since helped over 5500 high school and community college students experience the culture, history, and traditions of HBCUs.
