"My cat is dead because they don’t want to see me cat! This place is the worse ever!!I just came home from this place w my cat without any help! The lady who call herself a veterinarian told me she would not help my cat because she thinks it is an illegal cat ( Serval) . I told her I could show her the paper I need just look at my emails and I also could call the breeder to confirm that my cat is a HPF1 that is legal here !!!! She told me she could say no and was very rude!!!! My cat was at this same place couple times already and I did not had this same issue. She just practically kick me and my poor sick cat 1:30am out of MedVet! I called my breeder and she told me it is ridiculous!! 3 hours later my cat die!!!!! I called them in the morning and they asked me why I did no go to the next door!! Terrible!! I did not go there because u guys have all the labs and information for my cat and know all His problems!! I was in sock the way I was send away from your vet i thought would maybe better wit for my real vet in the morning. Unfortunately it was really bad and now I lost my best friend!!"

"How much I spent and didn't get any results. Went here and it felt so cold. My kitten was crushed by a dog and the way it was handled could have been better and a little empathetic. Paid a lot for it seems like nothing. The only reason I knew what happened was because I ended up taking the kitten to another vet in which they showed me x-rays, what happened, and was explained survivability. Here at MedVet I was just told its bad and that I should put her down. They pushed putting her down several times just saying it doesn't look good. Without explanation. I had paid a lot literally for nothing as they didn't do x-rays or anything. Don't come here I thought from previously taking my pets here that I can trust this place. Now it feels they are only out for the money."

"We recently visited with our dog and were struck by its Efficiency, caring, friendliness, calming nature, cleanliness of facility, soothing atmosphere. Our vet was great and a big help. Clear instructions. Checkout so efficient. Atmosphere so gentle. The wait wasn't that long considering we were 3rd. And they are 10 min from our house. We are so happy with the service."

"I waited 30 minutes for the front desk person, pixie blonde hair, to look up and get me. I knew they were very busy, but a simple hello, I'll be with you as soon as I can would have been very simple for her and put me at ease. Our small dog was lethargic, wouldn't walk after she had just had a normal walk. After an hour the tech said her vitals were good she seemed high. They would ruin years and let us know. There is a screen that shows the names of the pets who waiting to be seen, but not helpful in giving you an idea of how much longer our what is going on with your pet while they are in the back room. 6 hours later, or Jelly was released. She was given fluids, negative drug test, and they think she reacted to something... We had sprayed some enzyme spray where our cat had sprayed, maybe she's walked in that, licked her paws... we are so thankful she is alive and well. Just wish the process at MedVet were better communicated to us."
