"Wow. What's wrong with the scheduling person. It's like she's making me feel like I'm begging for an appointment. So rude! I don't even want to see the doctor here."

"Just called this office to schedule a new patient appointment, and right from the start the scheduling team had an attitude. She asked me what insurance I had told her I had 2 and she proceeded to ask me again which one was my insurance, told her one was thru my employer and the other was thru my husband. Then she continued giving me attitude, so I decided to tell her I won't be proceeding with an appointment because I didn't like her attitude and she just said sure no problem and hung up and as I see I am not the only one with this problem I see other reviews being the same thing. Only reason why I am attempting to go thru this medical team, is because the neurosurgeon is in providence and I need to continue my treatment. I guess I will have to find another neurosurgeon as well."

"I had an appt at 4:15pm. I was told to arrive at 4pm and I arrived at 3:56. I was told to fill out my forms and wait to be called. Waited until 4:40 to go to the reception and advise that I had not been seen. Cathy/Kathy, whom I thought checked me in, never did. My doctor went home and nobody came to notify me because the receptionist didn't do her job properly. I wasted an hour of my time and still never saw a doctor. Cathy/Kathy's reason? "We are understaffed". Needless to say, I will never visit this rinky dink clinic as the receptionist can't even check people in properly. Don't bother calling the number after hours because that's for "emergencies" only, which they don't treat anyway lol what a joke!"

"The front desk staff is always so helpful. Michelle Min is amazing, I’ve been with her for two years . She is so responsive when I have a concern or a question & she truly cares about her patients. Also, this clinic does X-ray’s & blood work which is super convenient ."

"I called today to schedule an appointment for a yearly physical. First lady who answered the phone was helpful and transferred me to the registration department. That’s where my problem started. Lady in the registration office was extremely rude and unhelpful. She was talking in circles and did not let me schedule an appointment because she wanted me to call my insurance to double check that they were in the network. Literally told the lady that I had found them through my insurance directory and even then she would not let me schedule. I asked what the cancellation policy was and was told that I could cancel anytime. I then asked her to schedule my appointment and told her that I would call my insurance prior to my appointment date (which was going to be in over two weeks). She still refused. I then got off the call, called another provider, and made an appointment in less than 3 minutes. Healthcare should not be this inaccessible."
