"Trash, waited 2 hours for a 5 minute consultation, doctor didnt ask anything else than "why are you here". Looked at my tonsils even though i went in to check on my eyes. Asked to be sent to a eye specialist ans completely ignored my request so i had to ask receptionist to recommend me an eye specialist. Prescribed me medicine that had nothing to do with the symptoms i have. Overall, horrible experience, would not recommend to come and waste your time here, save your time and go somewhere else."

"My mom went to see the doctor because she was sick and the doctor gave her antibiotic. After 2 weeks she did not feel better at all so she went back and the doctor did not want to examine my mom again he just told her to keep taking the antibiotic that he gave her which clearly wasn't having any effect. The doctor did not care about my mom's health he just wanted to get her out so that he could look at the next patient. The doctor is lazy! The medical assistants are really nice and do a great job but the doctor doesn't care about his patients!"

"Just ok. Place seems relatively clean and everyone seems to speak Spanish fluently, and pharmacy right next door, but the bad outweighs the good here. I showed up at 9am sharp because they don't take appointments (crazy), so you're forced to just wait for them instead of coming in when it works for you, and wait you will..... After about 10 minutes of waiting, they finally opened the door, I signed in, 20 minutes later (9:30) someone finally talked to me and took my copay (there was only one other person in the office, not busy). So only taking walk-ins and being really slow to take patients is super annoying for anyone with a job or things to do. Also, despite being there first one in, I was the third or fourth patient seen, so the order on the sign in sheet seems meaningless. 10 am rolls around and I can finally see the doctor, again, not busy in the office at all, more than an hour after waking into an empty office. As far as the doctor, I saw a PA, and he was very fast, maybe a little too fast....but it's unfortunate that you can't talk to the doctor on the phone for a referral and have to burn your time waiting. Medical care was fine, but slow, unprofessional staff."

"Horrbile doctor and staff. They say, they are there to help their patients, that is a lie. They cant even answer simple questions over the phone. They request for you to come into the office to speak to the doctor, so they can charge you for a office visit. Which the doctor will only dismiss the situation, and your out your copay money. The receptionist is also rude, and not pretends to be sympathetic, as she tells you that they are their to help. This doctor office is a waste of time. And advise people to look into other doctors, if u want to be treated right and heard."

"Fast, effective. The staff verified my insurance and explained benefits. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Doctors gave me prescription that solved my problems. Office was clean. Waiting time was brief. I'm happy with my visits. I highly recommend this office and doctor."
