"I was a patient here for several years and had a positive experience, until it got very bad. It became impossible to schedule an appointment with my doctor. When I actually needed care, she was unavailable for weeks at a time. I tried seeing a different doctor also with Stanford, and he told me he couldn't help because it was a virtual appointment and he was not my primary doctor. Now I've changed to a different doctor, and Stanford is refusing to release my medical records. They will not honor a digital signature on a records request, it must be a physical pen+paper signature. So basically: I can't get an appointment with my primary, if I get an appointment with someone else they refuse to help because they aren't my primary, and if I try to change doctors they won't release any of my records. This shows that they actually don't care about patient wellbeing at all. They only follow the commands given to them by whoever is above them on the chain, without question or nuance or humanity involved. They don't care if you suffer."

"They charged me $472 for my routine physical visit that supposed to be free. I contacted my insurance and inquired about it and it turned out StanfordHeathCare reported it as regular visit!? I made an appointment with Dr. Henehan for my physical routine exam. When I log in to my stanfordheathcare account and look at summary of the visit, under Reason for Visit, it is stated Physical. That is correct. However, they sent me a bill for regular visit!? I requested itemized bill to see what is reported there. Description says: EVAL/MGMT OF NEW PATIENT LEVEL 3. By the way, I just changed my doctor in StanfordHealthCare and they already had my history. Unfortunately my inquiries through their billing departments and Dr. Henehan did not get any straight answer why my routine physical visit is reported as something else. I think they are not transparent with their patients and change nature of the visit to whatever they like. They do not feel they should explain anything to their patients."

"My primary care physician, Robert Norman, is part of this group, which makes me such a fan. Additionally, when he's not around, I've been seen by other doctors here, and have always had excellent care. They really listen and take time to understand. The front desk staff is very good. (Also, good, underground parking, which is a plus)"

"Please, save yourself some trouble by avoid going!!! I went for my annual physical exam in March and am now billed for $400 out of pocket. I was never billed for anything for preventative exam before when I went to NYU Langone - my insurance obviously covers preventative exam. I am going to dispute this till the end of the world. Doc Norman is a nice person. But with all this unpleasant drama, I would avoid this doctor and this place at all cost in the future."

"Zero star awarded today. I tried to schedule a follow up appointment to treat the same symptoms from last week and they didn't have one. I tried to see what my lab results came up with and they didn't know when it would arrive at their office. Everyone is too busy in their own little world to treat patient or client. The next best option was to go to urgent care."
