"Horrible experience this afternoon. The medical doctor, Arif for today's visit refused to examine my son after the office tested him positive for covid but she prescribed the new covid medication for him. What kind of new medicine is this doctor practicing for god's sake? Horrible!!!! I wish I could give her zero stars as she does not deserve her medical licence. My son complained of stomach pain , soar throat, cough and other symptoms. What kind of real doctor not examine his lungs to make sure they are clear for god's sake? I am sick to my stomach."
"They are not only rude as mention by may others but lilian one of the front personal has no idea how to perform her duties and turns away patients telling them and the insurance company the wrong Information so they say your not covered. But is u contact them your insurance and provide them the billing providers tax I'd if u have been with them before most likely u der Hoag you are still covered. Oh also one of the young women doctor is very bad in my opinion miss diagnosis and prescribed medicines she possible knew would give me A allergic reaction and kept pushing allergy medicine along with it but did not provide any information on why I should get the allergy medicine you talk I took the drugs she get prescribed and had a drastic break out. Over all the other doctors I've been seeing here for close to 20 years have been great the staff is just been complete trash"
"Great Experience! I saw Dr. Steven Luh. He's always polite and thorough! Can't believe it's been six years already. If there's any concerns about something I am not happy (e.g. customer service), I address right away to the supervisor. Also, the patient portal is a convenient way to look at your lab results, emailing your doctor and request an appointment. FYI: always check with the front desk receptionist if your health insurance is accepted before you go!"
"Grace at the front desk is completely rude and unhelpful! Was seen by the doctor who told me to call after a week if my symptoms persisted, and said I wouldn't have to come back to be reevaluated for additional meds if my symptoms continued. I called and spoke to Grace at the front desk who refused to hear any of this and just kept saying that I have to cone back in, which I couldn't do! She ended up hanging up on me. Great service!!!! I 100% will never go back and will tell anyone who asks how horrible their customer service is!!!"
"I can not believe what happened to me at this place. First of all, I went there with my kid to give him his immunization. The nurse was careless and when she tried to give him the immunization, the needle went through his arm and left a big scar in his arm. The second I went there on the 15th of Jan for my annual physical and to do a vitamin D lab test. I took and appointment with Dr. Luh and he seemed really good and ordered the needed lab tests for me. After 10 days of my visit, I called the clinic many times and sent emails to Dr. Luh begging for a reply. After 14 days!!!! I got a reply with my lab result, however, they forgot to do the vitamin D test!!! They draw some blood again for the vitamin D and to check my liver enzymes. The same ignorance happened again. I called many times and sent many email and I got a reply after 14 days that they missed one of the tests and they need to draw blood again!!! I went there and did the test and for the third time they ignored me and didn't care for my emails and calls. Lastly they replied today after 15 days and told me that they used the wrong tube for the blood sample and they need to do the test again!!! To top this, Dr. Luh wrote me an email to till me about the needed dosage of vitamin D however he sent a different dosage to the pharmacy!!! Today, I insisted to speak with the director and I have explained to him the careless treatment and that it should not happen to someone else. Please do yourself a favor and don't go there, they don't care"
