"I scheduled a flu vaccine appointment early in the morning for the afternoon and when I arrived to it 10 minutes before they told me the pharmacist went to lunch and to come back in 30 minutes. Why are they booking appointments? And doesn’t the pharmacist look at the scheduled appointments for the day? When I spoke with the supervisor he advised me that the pharmacist is entitled to a lunch break. As if I’m even questioning that. But I guess booking appointments doesn’t mean anything and wasting people’s time is irrelevant. Ridiculous."
