"I am editing my review as of 11/14/23 and I would give 10 stars if it allowed me to do so. I tried the salon today and I was absolutely impressed with my haircut! I've been looking for someone who knows how to cut my hair the way I like it and today I found Kaela. She's phenomenal! If you're looking for a great cut and style then I highly recommend giving Ulta Beauty a chance. You'll be glad you did. High quality products and excellent customer service. I really enjoyed shopping here because they had all the products I was looking for and a vast array of them too. Stop in at Ulta Beauty today!"

"The salon needs a manager to monitor hair stylists. None of these stylists should be left alone! They are basically practicing each and every time. Mark gave me a keratin treatment that took most of my hair out. I came in for a trim and he upsold me to a treatment I really didn’t need. Profit over people, he’s motivated my money. He could care less about hair textures or anything. Kayla tried twice to cover grays. I ended up with ash black hair washing me out and then more color in my hair than when I started. The guessing over which color should equate to which hair type means to me more classes and practice on mannequins. And to be honest, for the prices, you can go elsewhere and have one to one, quality treatment. I will NEVER go to this salon."

"This store is great. Clean, good range of products, staff are generally friendly. There is one young girl with brown hair who is always at the checkout. She calls everyone “hun”, including women who are clearly much older than her. It comes off as condescending and very off-putting and fake. Initially she acted overly friendly and would make uncomfortable conversation. She has now dropped that act and is just straight up rude. It’s a very unpleasant experience having to interact with her. Makes me never want to return to this store as she is always a cashier."
