"This was the best haircut and service I've ever gotten from a salon! I have a lot of hair and it can be quite coarse as well, thus, I've had my fair share of bad haircuts with impatient hairstylists and dread getting my hair cut. I called NAORU and spoke with Miki over the phone about my hair concerns and immediately you could tell you were speaking to someone who actually cared. She asked what my hair was like and what it was that I wanted, there was even an existing customer who had the same hair type as me vouching for her services. When I walked in, she took the time to check the quality of my hair, which was damaged from a previous bad color job I got elsewhere and in desperate need of a trim as the bottoms were feeling "sticky" from the damage. She offered me tea and chocolates and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I told her I wanted curtain bangs and to keep it as long as possible when removing the most damaged ends, and she absolutely delivered. It's really hard to get my bangs to look "fluffy", but they already looked great even when my hair wet, and just even better dry and styled. While cutting, Miki was attentive and detailed. You can definitely tell she takes pride in her work and for good reason. I was just so happy with the results and her service that I had to give her the biggest hug at the end!
