"This is the third time I've ordered a bowl, chips and guacamole online and when I get home there are no chips and when I complain or I'm sorry, next time we'll give you a bag of Ships. I'm not going to trust and go to this place anymore. The employees are in a bad mood."
"Ordered a burrito with mixed rice, mixed beans, sofritas, grilled veggies, mild salsa, guac, and lettuce. Guess what lurked in the dead center of my supposedly all-vegan burrito: the fattest steaming piece of beef that I’ve ever seen a vegan order be contaminated with. Mind you this was around 3 pm on a Sunday so this is definitely not due to a peak hour rush. Thanks chipotle. This won’t be my last time coming but it might be if you don’t fix your contamination issues!"
"After a long day of work, I ordered a bowl via mobile order. App said 8:20 pickup time. The food wasn’t done until 8:40 (keep in mind they had a moving line the whole time). I finally got my order and had to remind the cashier about my chips (they were accurate with every other pickup order before me). I ordered a 2x chicken bowl with guac, white rice, black beans, corn, hot sauce, tomato salsa, cheese, and sour cream. When I got home and opened my bowl all it had was chicken and guac, all other ingredients were missing. I’m not the type to write a Google review, but after a long day of work I’d like my first meal of the day prepared correctly. The lack of ingredients made the bowl borderline inedible. They put effort into everyone else’s meal besides mine. (My name on here is not the same one in which the bowl was ordered.)"
"Delicious food, hardworking employees, pleasant atmosphere! As usual, i ordered a bowl with chicken and NO rice. The price is reasonable. Also, it would be wounderful if trash containers could be emptied more often. Otherwise, i am fully satisfied."
