"NO one wants to help you at the counter. Only method to place your order is the kiosk. One customer ahead of me made many attempts to speak to a couple of Spanish speaking workers and both ignored him. All he was trying to order was a cup of coffee. I ordered my meals for my family through the kiosk. Big breakfast with hot cakes was good. Hashbrown was nice and fresh, hot. I tried the steak big breakfast with hot cakes and it was good."

"We had a bad experience awhile ago. They sent us two vouchers for a "Free Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner Combo". It came from the franchise owner's Customer Service rep and was only good at this franchise owners stores. I brought it here to claim, but they did not accept it. The "combo" that I was supposed to be able to get was reduced to a single cheapest sandwich. The woman said it was only good for a McChicken, or Sausage Biscuit. Because I was there at breakfast time, she stressed that it was for the most basic item, she said "no egg". The damn coupon her her bosses mailed me said "combo" meaning sandwich, fries or hash browns and a drink. I asked can I at least get a coffee with the sausage biscuit and she said no. This location isn't anywhere near where they would find riffraff, there's no reason for service to be this bad."

"I have been here more than enough as it is just 3 mins drive from our place but NEVER and I said NEVER had my order done correctly. Each time we order, we nees to double check everything in the bag or else you'll end up upset when you open the bag at home. No quality check, staff not friendly too."

"UPDATE: downgrading my 4-star rating after most recent curbside delivery took 19 minutes. I will definitely avoid this location. Other nearby locations are much more focused on curbside delivery. This store has now reopened after a long, reconstruction and looks great inside and out. Huge improvement over the 1970s-era store that was here before. It has a more utilitarian design than some other recently constructed McDonald’s but their parking and drive-through situation is excellent and they even offer three Level 2 ChargePoint EV chargers. Service to their many curbside pick up parking spots seems very sluggish, slower than other McDonald’s, and not as fast as it was before the reconstruction. Be prepared to wait a long time if you want to stay in your car, or use their drive-through as it seems to move at a good pace."

"Unhappy staff, not one smile on their faces at all. Waited 10 minutes at pickup counter window for a cup of water. It would have been nice if they were kind and thoughtful enough to put out a jug of water and some paper cups in the wide dining area for self service for any type of hydration emergency"
