The Christian Science Reading Room located at 1000 Broadway in Oakland, California, is a unique institution that serves as a book store, church, library, place of worship, and store all in one. As a branch of The First Church of Christ, Scientist in Boston, Massachusetts, founded by Mary Baker Eddy, we are proud to be part of the worldwide Christian Science movement. We invite you to join us for our Sunday services and Wednesday meetings at our location on 1880 Mountain Blvd. in the Montclair District of Oakland.
