"Came in to buy a few items. I had questions about a new color for my hair. Kayla and Amber provided excellent service and didn’t rush me out of the store. It was closing time and they were both attentive and polite."
"The only reason why I’m giving this location 3 stars is because most of the employees are very nice except the older woman who seems a bit discriminative against Hispanic/Latino people. She is always rude and doesn’t provide customer service. Don’t know if she has persona issues that effect her work ethic, but she definitely has issues."
"Ridiculous. Ordered something online and specifically chose this store for pickup. Get here and spent 30 minutes with the cashier trying to find the order. Only to find out it was send to another store. She kept saying “maybe it was given to someone else” in the time we realized it went to another store. Keep in mind that we chose this location not the other one. She didn’t do anything to help and it just made us feel stupid. Sally’s sucks."
"Amazing! Knowledgeable! Experienced! Truthfully advised when asked what there opinion is on countless occasions. Great customer service every time I come in. Fully stocked with products they have tried and recommend. With the covid-19 pandemic we have to take care of our selves, if you see too many people in the store use your better your judgment. Don't blame the staff for your poor judgment. The ladies are doing a phenomenal job with the hand that's been dealt to them. Keep up the great work!"
