"I want to start of with the fact that these ladies are very nice. However my mom took my two siblings to get haircuts here and both of these looked chopped up, my mom came here to get a balayage and was told she’d need many sessions to get her hair the way she wanted it. The overcharged her for the first 2 appointments so we looked for another salon where they charged her less and told her she didn’t need to many sessions since her hair wasn’t too dark. Her hair looks like how she expected it to look and it only took one session"
