"After one week i got our custom made sectional All the cushions sinked after 4 times going trough a frustration and hassle of redo it check the photo how they fixed it one foam made of pieces foam glow together and the other cushion are sinked again I am sick of tired of dishonest and cheep quality they made sofa’s never ever trust this company and don't go trough massive frustration as me and my family did going to report BBB"

"I wrote a great review of Lucy and SYL a few months ago but I want to revise that review. I ordered, in November, a new slip cover for my sofa. It was $1600. I live in Bainbridge Island WA and they couldn’t send the slip covers so when I came back to OC, I picked it up and mailed it myself! This was a huge inconvenience. One pillow cover was missing so I called Lucy and let her know. She said she ordered it but she tried to tell me to just forget about it and use the other pillows. She said one pillow really didn’t matter. What’s even worse, is she said she would have to go to the post office and it would be an inconvenience for her!! My sofa has a big open spot where that pillow is suppose to go. It looks terrible! I have called Lucy twice and she said that she had to order it and gave me the brush off. I am writing this review to say don’t go here!!! They don’t stand by their furniture. They have gotten lazy with their customers and take them for granted. There is so much good furniture on the market. Companies that stand behind their product. Be very careful before you spend any more money here."

"If you are looking for a quality sofa, that is so comfortable and is made to last, you are in the right place!! I bought a sectional almost 12 years ago from Lucy in Corona Del Mar. This sofa has put up with two kids, 4 dogs, lots of emotions throughout the years and is one of the family. When I got a divorce, we fought over this couch!! The attorney's couldn't believe it! We both loved it so much. I just ordered a new slip cover, the first one, to replace the original. The base and the structure are like new. That's how well these sofa's are made. When I called, Lucy pulled up my order in a second and was warm and friendly like I had known her my entire life. This sofa means more to me than you ever know. I watched our daughters grow up on it. We had long talks, plenty of back rubs, movie nights and heartbreaks on this sofa. It was part of our life! My daughters are grown now and have moved away, but I adore this sofa and will keep it forever. Thank you Lucy and Sofa You Love for being part of our journey. YOUR THE BEST!!!"
