"My travel agent booked 2 strollers from Scooter Bug to be delivered to a hotel nearby to ours. We went to the hotel to pick them up to use at Disneyland and the strollers had never been delivered as promised. The hotel was not able to get through to them on the phone to find out what happened. The travel agent was finally able to get through to find out Scooter Bug had randomly canceled our strollers with no communication. We had already paid in full. The travel agent told me this has never happened to her before and she doesn’t know why Scooter Bug canceled after we had paid (we paid well before the deadline and had receipts). We were able to get 2 replacement strollers from a different company within an hour delivered to our hotel. I don’t know why Scooter Bug wasn’t able to do this, another company shouldn’t have had to save the day, Scooter Bug should have resolved their mistake. In the end Scooter Bug gave us a full refund, but if it wasn’t for the other company then we wouldn’t have had strollers for our vacation."

"I rented a double stroller, for 3 days, the right wheel didn’t turn and it was a terrible beat up stroller, I called and talked with a gentleman, and no return call back. Never renting from scooter bug again."

"We rented a stroller this past weekend for 3 days in Disneyland and we are so glad that we did! It was most helpful for our youngest daughter (7 year old) who wouldn't have been able to keep up with all the walking and also for the storage underneath for water bottles, snacks, extra shoes and shopping bags. It was so convenient to have the stroller there at the hotel when we arrived and to be able to just drop it at the desk when we checked out. The only negative feedback I would provide is about the condition of the stroller. I realize they get A LOT of use so normal wear and tear is inevitable, certainly. However, the rubber on the handle was ripped which made it a little uncomfortable on the hands and also very tempting for small kids to pick at. Also, on the third day, one of the wheels started squeaking so badly, it was incredibly annoying, and a little embarrassing! We tried removing the wheel to see if there was something causing the sound but it just kept squealing at us all day. We obviously didn't have access to any grease product or WD40 so we just had to put up with it all day. Overall, a great service which I would recommend, but the squeaky wheel on the last day was frustrating."

"We had a great experience with ScooterBug Anaheim. I rented online and trusted that the scooter would be at my hotel when I arrived so my mom and I could get the fun started. It was there when we arrived and the hotel staff was more than willing to show us how to operate. The battery life was excellent. It was easy to operate. It turned easily. We left it with the bell stand when we checked out. So easy. Thank you, ScooterBug! The only issue we had and it was a small one was that the cane holder we paid a little extra for on the back didn't work very well. But it could have been our cane. It just kept popping off. No big deal. It was a very good experience. I am a travel agent and will definitely recommend their service to my clients."
