Established in 1910 by the Neptunian Women’s Club, our library is one of the oldest in the LA County Library system, serving as a beacon of knowledge and culture for over a century. Our modern 21,500-square-foot facility, designed by the acclaimed architectural firm Johnson Favaro, opened its doors in 2015. With its stunning two-story design, panoramic ocean views, and state-of-the-art amenities, the library offers a welcoming environment for all visitors.
