Alta Plaza Park
Alta Plaza Park, located on Steiner Street in San Francisco, California, is a popular tourist attraction and park known for its stunning panoramic views of the city and Bay. Originally a quarry, Alta Plaza Park was purchased by the city in 1877 and established as a park in 1888. In 1971, the park was featured in the movie "What's Up, Doc?" where several cars were driven down the grand staircase, causing damage.
