"On my birthday, my girl friends celebrated with me at this restaurant. I quite like their dishes, and they often change their menu. There was a storm on my birthday, and the power went out in most of the Saratoga area. Fortunately, they continued to operate, and the service was excellent! We all had a delightful evening despite the storm."

"Came to check this out on a weekday night. Quite full, only could get bar seating as a couple. The place itself is beautiful with very trendy interior decor. Was pretty excited to check it out based on that alone. However while food presentation was picturesque, it unfortunately only tasted ok, we had issues with each of the dishes. The Tuna Tataki was swimming in a bit too much soy. The Waguya Sliders were bland in the meat. And the short rib dish, while very tender, was overall too sweet and not savory enough. Our favorite food was prolly the truffle fries, which is a big miss for a meal imo. Drinks were amazing. Very unique and creative cocktail list. Try one with the buzzcap, it's a party in your mouth! May come back for the drink alone. Very trendy place, very nice presentation, but a bit lacking in refined palette for the price. We may try again in the future, the drinks were truly fabulous, but not sure at this point."

"The ambiance and decor is so fun and comfortable. The service is attentive, knowledgeable and kind. However, the food fell short for us. The presentations is fantastic but many of the dishes lacked flavor and proper texture. We started with the tomato and burrata salad. I would recommend they remove this item from the menu during off season. The tomatoes were not ripe and were difficult to eat. The burrata was as expected. It comes with three small pieces of toasted bread. We asked for extra and were a bit shocked when we received the bill and were charged $4 for two additional pieces of tiny slice of bread. The wage mini slider trio did not sit well. The meat was quite overcooked and under seasoned. The tomato jam over powered the dish. Once removed it was a bit better. We shared the prime filet and the misoyaki cod. While the filet was cooked to the requested temperature, but the meat was tough and lacked seasoning. It was nothing special by itself. The cabernet Demi glaze was delicious and was a key element to the dish. The misoyaki cod had tons of flavor and was glazed perfectly but ours came out a bit overdone which made it tough. The sides were the best part. The Brussel sprouts and fries were perfect. Flowers is known for their cocktails but it was a rainy night when we were there and decided on wine instead. The best thing about this place is there is NO corkage fee. Mayjor plus. If you decided otherwise check it out, I would recommend splitting several of the smaller dishes and the sides."

"We were SO impressed by this restaurant! We ride our motorcycles by Flowers all the time and somehow this was the first time we’ve eaten here. To begin, our server Alejandro (I may be misremembering, but I hope not) was excellent. We were seated promptly, and our drinks came out very quickly. I had the Hummingbird and Cantarito cocktails, which were delicious. For our appetizers, we had bone marrow and brussel sprouts, and our entrées were the cod and braised short ribs. Everything was cooked to perfection, and tasted amazing. Desert was the molten chocolate lava cake and the deconstructed apple pie. They even brought out a glass of champagne with dessert! I told them it was my bf’s birthday and they brought out a small, complimentary dessert with our dessert orders, with a candle in celebration! All in all, I would highly recommend this place! It’s by no means cheap, but we both expected it to be a little more costly than it was, so the bill was a pleasant surprise. 10/10 would recommend."

"Gorgeous fun ambiance. The interior decor is excellent! Immediately the vibe was above par. At the beginning of the meal, they asked us if we were celebrating anything, and we told them it was our wedding anniversary. At the very end, they surprised us with a beautiful little dessert for free! That was really nice. I really appreciated that. I wanted a fun drink I saw on Instagram, but unfortunately, the non-alcoholic drink seemed a bit lackluster in terms of style and pizzazz. See the hummingbird cocktail for example. Still, the drink itself tasted good. All of the dishes that we got looked impeccable. They’ve definitely nailed the plating and styling of the dish. I wish I had taken more pictures of the food. The cod was excellent!"
