"I had a great stay. I only did stay 1 night but the front desk was very friendly and informative about the amenities. The rooms are outdated but I was told they will be undergoing renovations soon. I look forward to my next stay."

"Our stay was great. Jessie was very nice and helpful while checking in. The staff were always available while we have questions during our stay. The rooms are outdated but she informed us they will be renovating in the upcoming months. We look forward in seeing the renovated rooms when they are done."
"Rooms are lovely, super spacious. Great included amenities: mini fridge, big bathrooms, mini bar, ice machine in hallway. Service was solid. Decent restaurant, snacks for purchase in lobby. Room key access needed for elevators. There's not much to do in this location for tourists, so be careful. This hotel is best for business travelers, or those coming for an NFL game, or people visiting the South Bay (Hermosa, Manhattan, Palos Verdes etc), or people splitting time between Orange County sites/events (Disneyland etc) and Los Angeles. For the typical L.A. tourists visiting sites/events in Hollywood, The Valley, Pasadena, Downtown LA etc., this hotel is very, very far from that action. So check your itinerary before booking, unless you want to spend hours in vehicles."
