Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport

"Horrible hotel rude staff price gouges guests on everything! $40 a night to park your car $200 deposit on top of what you prepaid doesn’t allow food delivery to your rooms from outside vendors so you pay for the overpriced food at their indoor restaurant tvs are locked down with no channels so you again have to pay for the movies! Seriously the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time! I will never stay at embassy suites again! The cost doesn’t even remotely match the lousy experience! You can pay 1/4 the price at a motel 8 & have a better experience without a bunch of hidden fees by comparison! Your room shows $139 a night but by check out you’ll easily have paid $300 for basically a cheap bargain hotel trying to appear as a nice once"

"Cancelled flight led to a need to find close accommodations, this hotel was the closest on my list and I'm glad I chose it! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was better than I had even hoped for. The breakfast in the morning was great! The omelet station chefs were excellent! Thank you so much for helping me enjoy what was a frustrating situation!"

"Rooms are pretty out dated. They look like they tried to put lipstick on a pig. Showers are cramped and shutter as they lose pressure. The temperature definitely was not regulated. I thought this would be better showering at night, it wasn’t. Breakfast was pretty above average for complementary. Hotel food was HORRIBLE. I kind of expected that but the prices were outrageous. Even in your room, you can hear people partying until 11 pm in the common area. And when you can’t hear them, you hear the trains and highway. I took a chance here and got burned. Definitely am doing an early check out. Oh and the beds! You can feel every spring and sag on one side. This hotel does NOT keep up with their maintenance."

"Was assigned this hotel by united as flight was cancelled. We're supposed to take their shuttle. It was raining heavily. Called front desk several times and was assured the shuttle goes every 30 minutes. 45 minutes went by and no shuttle. Called again and asked where the shuttle was. I didn't get a clear answer. All this while it was pouring (shoes were drenched) and with kids in tow with jet lag (3am in the time zone we came from). After 1.5 hrs gave up and used rides share. Don't trust the front desk or united. The room was good set up for families."

"Upon initial check into the room, discovered that the room number 1022 had a very foul odor. I don't know how they could make the rooms available to potential guests without noticing. That being said, I alerted the front desk and they checked it out and confirmed what I had stated. They offered to switch rooms and we switched. They made it right by relocating to a comparable roombut it was very inconvenient. Customer service was the brightest and most positive of this location. Food service quality was horrible. I have stayed at many ES locations throughout the state, and this was absolutely the worst in food quality. Potatoes are processed and have been frozen for a long period. Eggs are definitely processed. Overall, not a pleasant experience."
