"my husband and i went to Francis for help with immigration paperwork. we gave her all our information in person but we ended up having to review the forms ourselves and point out her mistakes. most of the mistakes were really basic personal info, and other more important things like where/when we met. even after looking over it we still missed a big mistake she made and it ended up delaying the process for months. she still tried to argue with us when we asked for a refund, straight up told us we weren't getting one. we did eventually get the refund but only because my mom had been a client of hers for years."

Thirty minutes later they tell me they can't help me. What kind of business are you running Frances? I will never go there again. You people need better management skills and professional workers. Gave them 1 star because I had to to post. I would give them -5 for the stunt they pulled on me."
