"We started new auto insurance with Joseph. It was a nightmare since day 1. Every month we were getting canceled for some reason. We have always paid on time no accidents no issues ever just wanted more affordable insurance. The renewal is up and we are being cancelled. Notified Joseph he said I’ll call you tomorrow with a new quote. It’s been over 2 weeks and he still has not reached out. PIIB reached out to us they are the broker for brokers.
