Summercreek Place is a senior living community located at 1636 Myrtle Avenue in Eureka, California. The community consists of 32 one-bedroom units and 8 two-bedroom units, with a Community Center that includes a full kitchen, recreation room, entertainment area, laundry facilities, and a resident manager office. Each unit is equipped with standard features such as dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves, ranges with ovens, and washer and dryer hook-ups. Thirty-two of the units are designated as "affordable" for senior citizens earning less than 50% of the area median income, while the remaining eight units are rented at market rate without income qualification requirements. To be eligible to live at Summercreek Place, residents must be at least 55 years old and meet certain income-level restrictions based on the Area Median Income (AMI).
