Welcome to the City of Refuge Los Angeles, a vibrant and welcoming place of worship located at 3740 East Imperial Highway at the Greater Emmanuel Temple in Lynwood, California. As a prominent church in the community, we are dedicated to providing spiritual guidance, support, and fellowship to all who seek a deeper connection with their faith. Under the leadership of Bishop Noel Jones, a distinguished Jamaican-American minister and Pentecostal bishop, our church has grown to become a spiritual home for approximately 17,000 members. Bishop Jones, who has been devoted to ministry since the age of 19, brings a wealth of experience and passion to our congregation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Theology from Aenon Bible College and an honorary doctoral degree from Life College and Seminary.
