Dr. Kent Adler, MD is an oncologist located at 218 De Anza Boulevard in San Mateo, California. He specializes in treating various types of cancers, with a focus on lung and breast cancer. Dr. Adler believes in the importance of knowledge, communication, and compassion in the fight against cancer. His research is centered around developing new therapies for lung cancer. Dr. Adler obtained his medical degree from UCSF and completed his residency at New York – Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in medical oncology at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Adler has been a strong advocate for multidisciplinary clinics for cancer management and co-founded one of the first multidisciplinary clinics for lung cancer on the West Coast.
