"I took my ring to this jeweler That my boyfriend bought me in Maui. The ring has six small diamonds and three emeralds… One of the emeralds fell out a couple days ago and I have not been able to find it… the ring has great sentimental value. At the advice of my mom, I took my ring to Omar at Montgomery jewelry and he told me “no problem” he could find an emerald the same size and color to fit in the ring. He would also check the other prongs and tighten them if needed. They did this at minimal cost and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Thank you Montgomery Jewelers!!"
