"Please tell me why this free people store takes 3 hour breaks and now on Dec 31 they are closed for cleaning with a sign on the door. I even tried to call twice to confirm they were open but no one’s answering the phone And I drove all the way from San Juan Capistrano. It says on the website that they are open which is supposed to be the most updated information according to their phone recording"

They are never available in chat and couldn't find a way to reach them to understand where is my package."
