"I didn't find a counselor who could help me so far. They only allow you to try two of their counselors before referring out to another agency. Nothing in my life has changed and I don't find myself really thinking about life differently or feeling inspired. I've found counseling doesn't usually help me."

"After visiting their previous Redlands location multiple times, I recently had the chance to visit their new larger and improved location. The new Redlands location is very welcoming, calming and a very comfortable setting. I enjoy the privacy that each counseling room provides while not making it feel that you are in a closed off room. The new larger family rooms, are really helpful when a group session is needed or suggested by a therapist. COVID really threw a wrench in many businesses and how they had to shift their operations and staffing issues. I feel that Spring to Autumn was able to navigate thru these shifts and come out so much better in the end. Scheduling during COVID worked okay, and options for telehealth (Zoom) visits I found very helpful, and sometimes now preferred. They have had some staff changes over the past two years or so, (as many companies seem to be having lately) but I still feel welcomed when me or my family arrives. I can tell that the owner must really care for the therapist and staff, as they are all so very pleasant to interact with and I would highly recommend that you give this place a try."

"I have been holding out on writing a review to give the staff an opportunity to stand by their word. I reached out in April for family counseling and after numerous follow ups with staff we are still waiting for an appointment (4 months later). I've spoken to the Office Manager and provided my feedback. Kelly did get back to me right away however 4 months later we're still waiting. I've only waited this long because I do like the counselor I was assigned for my individual sessions. If the staff is overwhelmed hire more employees. If the facility doesn't have the capacity, then Say so. If the staff needs a teaching opportunity then do so. I should've read the previous reviews before wasting so much time. Disappointing to say the least."
