"Was booked here for a conference a few weeks back. This place is just terrible. ROOMS: haven’t had a thorough clean in what seems like forever (ended up wiping everything down myself). Toilets are disgusting. When were these last cleaned?? GUESTS: the hotel can’t help who stays, but if you’re looking for alcoholics, domestic disputes or the smell of weed in the hallways, this is the place for you. STAFF: the only positive thing. They were always helpful and always friendly."
"Came for once night during the week. Had to immediately switch rooms as the smell was repulsive (smelt of musty, mold, and uncleaned carpet) and the air conditioner didn't work. Opened the window but was near the (noisy) entrance of the building. The second room was much better and quieter. The overall cleanliness of the facility was poor and unkempt, trash of wrappers and tissues were in the elevator. Plenty of parking in the lot, stores nearby. Staff was amicable and able to immediately help. Fridge, stove top available in the room. For the price, better off paying a bit more elsewhere."

"I stayed here 4 months ago and will be staying again soon. The hotel is close to Cal Expo and other things in the general area. Not walking distance, but close enough. I stayed alone on my first trip and felt safe there. The rooms are a bit outdated but everything worked in the room I had. There's a fully-stocked small kitchen en suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked (it was July and I had it down to 60. It was almost too cold). The tv didn't get many channels and what I did get was fuzzy, but I was prepared to watch on my phone anyway. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins, burritos, different juices and coffee. It wasn't a 5-star breakfast, but it never promised to be and I thought there was quite a selection. Overall, I was happy enough to stay again."
"The location of this hotel is the only good thing about it. Disgusting rooms, mold in the shower, not updated appliances or furniture. They did not provide additional pillows or blankets as requested. Our door looked like it had been broken into, sheets had gross stains and overall cleanliness was sub par. Absolutely not a 3 star hotel."
