"Rhea Ann does not follow court local rules and laws. She violated at least 5 of them in her recent reports. See Placer County Family Court Mediation Rules on their website or email below. Then she violated victim rights and blamed a victim of a crime for being harmed by an abuser. She used confidential records in her report to violate the privacy of minor children and others. Did not verify any court records or reports. She violates Judges orders by refusing to read court records and then writing a report that contradicts prior judges orders. She actually made recommendations against the very jduges orders in Placer County. You would think it would be embarrassing that she is allowed to continue this way. Uses minors as witnesses against their parents. As many good phycologist will tell you this will only Cause them more trauma later in life when they find out hat they are being used against the other parent in proceedings. Which is why JUDGES do not allow children to testify or be used in court proceedings. However Rhea Ann disobeys all of these laws and harms the children. Then she has a history of siding with a known abusers who had been charged with multiple counts for assaulting and violating restraining orders against the mother stating it was OKAY and not a big concern. That the children while in his care were being physically disciplined, locked in bathrooms, and experiencing serious injuries requiring stiches in their heads and dental surgery. But she did not think children being physically disciplined or harmed in this manner with a person with a history of violence was important. Instead she blamed the victim the parent who was abused for “attracting violence”. Placer County Sherriff Department has received complaints about her “victim blaming” and worse when she has endangered children from her sloppy reports refusing to follow the facts. She will do whatever the parent with money tells her too, and ignore important history and facts about the case, refuse to read any case records and violate local rules posted on Placer County website. If you are assigned to her refuse, and file a complaint to Family court services. If you have had her in the past and she did this to you file a complaint to the Director of Family Court Services and have her removed from being able to do any mediation.
