Dr. Ida was incredibly friendly and personable, making my son feel at ease from the moment we walked in. Her expertise in pediatric dentistry was evident, as she was able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. She was very patient with my son and made him feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I also appreciated how the office was set up with kids in mind, with fun decor and toys to keep them occupied. "I really don’t know where to begin. Our daughter has had many issues with her teeth. Cavities and other items. Too much milk and soft nipple bottle early on…we first went a dentist on geary who couldn’t handle kids … big mistake. Then went to kids choice in the mission super far away from us and just too busy. And not as good with kids as I had hoped. Then from kinder care we learned of this doctor. OMG such an amazing experience. This one is a keeper . Our daughter had her second visit yesterday and was without tears. The doctor and entire staff is the best I have ever encountered. If you live in Richmond area of SF or are in need of a kids doctor this is the place to go. Don’t think about it call them today. You won’t be disappointed. From the lobby to the setup to the attitudes of the staff your will see why this is the place to go."
