Welcome to the Black Resource Center, located at the A C Bilbrew Library, 150 East El Segundo Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90061. Established in 1978 as a special service of the LA County Library, the Black Resource Center (BRC) is dedicated to serving the informational and educational needs of African Americans and the broader community. Our mission is to support research and study on the unique social, historical, and cultural aspects of the African American experience. As a vital link in preserving African American heritage, the BRC offers a wealth of specialized materials and resources. Our collection includes books, eBooks, and audiobooks by and about African Americans and the African Diaspora, catering to all age groups. Each February, we proudly celebrate Black History Month with special events and resources that highlight the rich history and contributions of Black Americans.

Welcome to Graham Library Located at 1900 East Firestone Boulevard, Los Angeles, California, Graham Library is a vibrant community hub with a rich history dating back to April 1915. Originally housed in a school, the library has evolved through several relocations, finding its current home on Firestone Boulevard in 1969. Following a significant renovation completed in November 2001, the library was rededicated, featuring colorful murals by Bolivian artist Mario Cespedes that add a festive atmosphere to the building.
