"Dr. Michelle Kim and their whole staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. No extraneous wait times and parking in the back. My husband (who doesn’t love the dentist) had been enjoying his visits and I’m so glad to have found a reliable and kind dentist. Had to get my wisdom teeth and the staff was helpful when giving alternative surgeons that could take our coverage at the time. Love all their online forms and fast responses!"

"I have had bad experiences with other dentists in the Bay Area, but these guys are good! It was easy to make an appointment and fill the paperwork at home. I arrived on time and did not have to wait - they saw me pretty much immediately. Dr. James was excellent (he gave advice and was interested in helping you rather than just trying to sell you stuff), and he even did most of the cleaning himself. I highly recommend Arch Dental."

Making appointments is easy and once the appointment is made his staff follows up with reminders to ensure all needed insurance forms are completed before the appointment and treatments are approved. No insurance coverage surprises. Highly efficient and professional! Dr. James Kim is gentle and meticulous in his work thus ensuring comfort during the procedure and excellent treatment outcome. Treatment expectations and follow up care instructions are clearly given by Dr. Kim. Happy I found Arch Dental!"
