"We had a fabulous experience here at the Santa Rosa Tesla showroom and service center. Jay and Natalee spent quite a lot of time with us as we test drove a Tesla Model Y LR AWD w/19 inch wheels for over an hour. They offered to let us drive any other car they had, but we zeroed in on the Y for all it's great features. As a result, we ordered a Y in Red with a White interior a few days later. Natalee and Jay then provided all the help we needed and answered all our questions via email, our preferred means of communication. They were very prompt in their responses to our many emails. Unfortunately, Santa Rosa is not yet a delivery center. Construction is underway to expand the parking they need to become one with additional chargers. So we have to head over to the Tesla Delivery Center in Vallejo to pick ours up (Corte Madera was also an option, but Vallejo was better for us). We area again leasing this EV. It will be our 3rd EV as the technology is evolving so rapidly. Our 1st two weren't Tesla's. We've been avoiding them since Musk is so repulsive. But the car is so great we bit the bullet and went with them. So a big THANK YOU and KUDOS to Natalee and Jay!"
