"Kinda disappointed that I came here for tires, and I was told that I have "after market wheels" and Costco "isn't allowed to touch them." I have a stock 2006 Scion XB. There's nothing special about my wheels. A little frustrating."

"I just wrote an essay oh how terrible this place is, and Google didn't post it. So I'll summarize. It took 20 min just to talk to someone. They said I needed new lug nuts from the dealer before they could work on it. That was compete bs, I inspected the lug nuts myself afterwards. On top of that, they didn't have any tires for my vehicle in stock, and they won't give an estimated time to compete their work. I'm now at America's tire. Didn't have any of those problems and they'll be done changing my tires in 1.5 hours."

"Hi everyone I just let you know guys about what happened today for my daughter. My daughter car has flat tire she takes her car this morning in costco simi valley for repair flat tire by warranty. Afternoon she is back with flat tire.after 4 hours waiting for repair and taking with manger with no care by them . Thay told her that we don't know how much hours does it take for get repair. And you have to stay whole of day when ever we have time we go for repair. Guys, does it acceptable just for 10 minutes pach . Thay stop car whole a day . Because there is not benefit for them with warranty. But when thay are selling tire thay are fast and good Of course with much more benefit than repair flat tire with warranty........"

"Worse service! Costco standards should be higher than that. I had a flat tire and they wasted 3-4 hours just to tell me it will take longer because I do not have an appointment. Next time I get a flat tire I’ll ask the tire to let me know so I can make an appointment ahead of time. By the way, the phone number does not even work. They’re understaffed for the amount of work they “offer” to do. Moral of the story, take your car somewhere else if you value your time and money. Don’t let them waste your time like they did mine. I left with a flat tire which is unsafe as they refused to do anything. Costco tire sucks! Appointment for a flat tire is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Almost any business takes emergencies!!!"

"The best place to replace your tires with dedicated certified service tech. There is always a wait but they do take appointment. Tire center manager Dave and his dedicated professional, few names worth mentioning, Erik, Tamas, Pancho and Angie, the only lady in the group. Keep up the good work."
