"Giovanni was so helpful I was very happy with my boots and boot bag the shoes were so comfortable water proof I get scared I'm gonna fall he measured my feet to see my size one foot was half size smaller I tried on 3 pair thought I needed big calf one but the cut I got was good for me got the rank 45 xero gravity using them for my lil sis wedding she's doing a Western theme I was gonna get 2 other kinds but fell in love with my 3rd choice first time buyer I'm in love with them make sure Giovanni helps u he's the best."

Went in knowing that it was probably gonna be tough finding a pair that I liked and was comfortable in since I have wide feet and there is typically not a ton of options for wide feet. Walked around for a bit when I got there and then Doug asked me if I was doing alright. I told him I really wanted to buy my first pair of boots in a wide size. He told me no problem. He spent a solid 30-45 min helping me find a pair I liked and was comfortable in. He had me try on a couple pairs to find a baseline and go from there. Really cool and nice guy.
